Prointech was born in 2004 in order to develop a efficiently technology for remove the pinbones from trout and salmon fillets. After 3 years of research, the engineer Cristián García Schneider, founding partner of Prointech, invented a new technology resulting excellent for removing the pin bones from Atlantic salmon fillets in pre-rigor mortis. This technology works very well in other post-rigor fillets and smoked, such as trout, Coho, Wild Salmon and other species like tilapia, hake and other fish of the sea and fresh water.

EVF technology, which means Electronic Vibration Forces and patented worldwide, is present in our pin bone removers machines; in manual models and the new generation of automated machines to remove fish bones.

Currently, our mission is to lead the industry of technology for remove pin bone from fish fillets and develop targeted solutions to any industrial or semi-industrial process involving removing bones from fish fillets.
