Prointech was born in 2004 in order to develop a efficiently technology for remove the pinbones from salmon fillets. After 3 years of research, the engineer Cristián García Schneider, founding partner of Prointech, invented a new technology resulting excellent for removing the pin bones from Atlantic salmon fillets in pre-rigor mortis.

EVF technology, which means Electronic Vibration Forces and patented worldwide, is present in our pin bone removers machines; in manual models and will improve new generation of automated machines to remove fish bones.

Currently, our mission is to lead the industry of technology for remove pin bone from fish fillets and develop targeted technologies in order to improve fish process.
